I've been listening to this song perpetually since this afternoon... I can't seem to get over the lyrics.

It's made me think of how beautiful it could all be... But it's also made me think if he will really be able to forget about my past. And if he will be able to just love me with all that is in him, saying, "Whatever you want, I'll do it to you. I will. Whatever the thought, I'll do it for you. I will."

It's so hopeful and yet tragic in some twisted sense. The song feels like you're running away... But at the same time, it feels like staying still, like you're just coming home...

"When your heart aches with horizon. Caked eyelash. Torn nylon. When the light breaks through and frightens you, you'll hear the cry to come raining on the sky..."

I'm sure this probably means nothing to any of you... And so, I'll just throw a kiss and wave goodbye and go raining on the sky.
