Day Twelve - Walking Firenze

So, this was my twelfth day in Italy and our 2nd in our fantastic roadtrip-vacation-type thing in Florence. Our first day, we spent in Pisa and had a ton of fun, but were unable to get anything to eat.

So anyway, on our 2nd day, we thought it would be great to walk around Firenze...

3. Since we weren't able to eat at Pizzarito/Pastarito the previous night...

...We had breakfast there instead.

4. Then we passed by the underground mall (?) thing.

5. And went up to the Sta. Maria Novella Church type thing......We didn't go in though, 'cause cameras weren't allowed inside... And well, what's the point right?

6. That's the door to the Sta. Maria Novella church thing... Or wait... This was some other church, I think. ...What? It was just way too much historical information for me to remember in one day.

14. Turned out to be a museum......which didn't allow for cameras to be brought in either...

16. We went through the market place....Sadly, I didn't have much money left.

18. We had lunch at this quaint restaurant....it seems that everything in Firenze is quaint. Love it!!!

19. Unfortunately, I'm not a big wine drinker...
20. They had a fantastic selection......or so I think... Like I said I'm not a big wine drinker.

On our way to Ponte Vecchio, we saw three chalk painters. I'm thinking they're students or something or other... IDK.

So yeah, we were able to eat... However... We had a tough time going back.
