Watch out for the Christmas issue of Illustrado coz we have some 10 pages on innovative Filipino cuisine done by chefs from different hotels. I'm sure you'll get some ideas there :)
...I'm actually thinking of serving fun kitschy Pinoy food... Like tapsilog, tuyo... And the like. Haha. It's definitely not your regular handaan food but it doesn't make it less yummy.
