(I know this is two posts in a row with the same picture of my face... I could just very well edit the other blog, but since I am not allowed to post pictures directly through my work computer and I'm just slyly using the post-via-email feature, it would be a little more complicated than one would hope for it to be... And now I've explained too much. Nevermind. Bygones.)
Today, I decided to push mineral make-up to the limit and see how far it could really go.
Interestingly, it went very far. As you can see (or not see, seeing as the photo was taken by my lowly cellphone camera)
I am definitely loving how Everyday Minerals' eyeshadows blend easily and I have to say that I admire its staying power. It's been a few hours now since I took that picture, and it still looks just as fresh. The shadows don't seem to cake or fade. And it seemed to hold very well to the Super-G mixing medium as you can see from my anime eyeliner.
On this picture, I'm using:
Intensive Light Concealer
Golden Fair Matte Foundation
Theme Park Blush + Champagne Blush
Cliché Eyeshadow (Base)
Smokey Eyeshadow + Super G mixing medium (Anime eyeliner)
Haven't tested all the eyeshadows yet, but Baby Bath and Cliché are definitely gonna be on my re-order list.

I hate hate hate it when people get my name wrong.
...Or anyone else's name for that matter.
So whenever someone mispronounces my name or anyone else's, I get this uncontrollable urge to correct them...
i.e.
Someone#1: Hi. Can I speak to Mr. JASAM.
D.: It's Jassim. May I know who's calling?
Someone#2: Hi. Can I speak to Eysha please.
D.: AY-sha. One moment please.
Someone #4: Hi Daynabelle
Me: It's DANABELLE.
Someone #5: (Talking to someone else) Blahblahblahblahblahblah Donnabelle (referring to me)
Me: (Biglang sasabat) It's DANABELLE.
Someone #6: Hi. Can I speak to Annabelle.
Me: It's Danabelle.
Someone #6: Hi Annabelle, I...
Me: I said, it's DANABELLE. (*Sa loob loob: DANA. DAH-NA. DAH-NAH-BELLE. Napakadali namang bigkasin di mo pa mabigkasbigkas. Tanga ka ba?)
Someone #7 (Ehem PANA. Lagi 'to. Lahat ng PANA gan'to ang bigkas sa pangalan ko): Hello (with matching headshake). Miss Danabell-eh.
Me.: DANABELLE
Someone #7: Ah yes. Miss Danabelle-y
Me: DANABELLE
Someone #7: Ahhh. Danabell-ee
Me: Ah lecheee.
Someone #8: Donna, pwedeng...
Me: HINDE! Hindi pwede! Hindi ako si Donna. Sinabing DANA!!! DAAHH-NNAAHH!!!
Of course, whenever I do correct them, I feel so guilty afterwards... But still...
It's DANA as in DAH-NAH. Not Day-nah. Not Donna. DAH-NAH. And it's BELLE. Not Bill, Bell-eh, Bell-ey, Bell-y, Billy. BELLE.
Oh and while were at it, it's not Dana Belle, Donnabelle, Dannabelle, Dannahbelle, Danabele, Danabell, Danna Belle, Dawnabelle, Dannabella, Donnabella. It's DANABELLE.
Bussett na mga liching mga walangyangyan.

Oooh! I bought this absolutely gorgeous mirror. It's vintage-y and hyperkitsch. Haha. But goodness, when I saw it, I fell in love. It looks like it came from a fairytale. :) Hihihi. I'll take a picture and post it when I can.

Apparently... I was wrong. The first day of Christmas actually starts on the 25th which makes today the twelfth day of Christmas i.e. Three Kings' Day.
And so allow me to greet all y'all again -- Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, and Happy Three Kings' Day! Until the next holiday season...
Kissy Kissy!
