Danabelle in Four-Day Shorts

It's been four days since my last short. And it'll be four days before I leave the country. I still haven't heard from the consulate and I am getting frazzled.

I still don't know which ticket to buy.

Manila or Venice.

...And I still haven't packed, because each place requires a different set of crap.

O dear goodness me. It's frustrating. I know I'm going, but I don't know where to...

Of course when you think about it, my life has always been like that.

Life: "Alrighty, Danabelle, we're leaving now... You won't know where to until the last minute, but yeah you're going. Don't even bother packing your bags, because whatever it is you'll need, you'll probably leave, no matter how hard you plan for it. There'll always be that thing that you'll say 'Crap. Why did I leave that?'. So forget packing. Have fun and welcome to Azerbaijan!"

So, as it seems my NYIP enrollment didn't go through and I have to re-enroll. How sucky is that?

I'm on slow mode today... Actually, I've been on slow mode for the past few days... I guess it's because I lack sleep or I don't know, maybe it's because of all this waiting.

A very good friend of mine called me up this morning for a photoshoot for his friend. So, just as soon as I get off the airplane, I'll be photoshooting... OUTDOORS.

Oh but I'm sure it'll be fun, despite the heat. :)

I can't wait to work with Uno again. This boy is just bubbling with ideas. (And the fact that he's such an awesome model doesn't hurt.) Which is great for me, because right around this time of the year, my creativity goes in hibernation... Probably because of the heat.

Whenever I get asked that question I never know how to answer.

Is it because of my appearance? ... Marami din naman mataba at panget na may boyfriend.

Salbahe ba ako? ... Yeah, pero marami din naman salbaheng may boyfriend.

Malandi ba ako? ... Bwahahaha. Eh di mas dapat na may boyfriend na ako.

What is the right answer to this question?

I could say na... "Ayoko lang.", pero that would be a lie. If I didn't want a boyfriend, I wouldn't be writing about love 80% of the time.

Is there even an answer to this question? Kahit hindi tama... Basta answer lang.

18 July 2008 (Friday), after the puyatshoot extravaganza, we went off to meet Mami's classmate's son, Jed, who is currently staying at Savoy in Bur Dubai. We took him to DFC and we had lunch at my favorite Italian place in town - Macaroni Grill (And yeah, that was a plug.)
